Human resource management, also known as HRM, is a function within organizations which is designed with the mere purpose of boosting employee performance and focuses on the recruitment and management of the employees working in that organization. The primary concerns of the Human resource management is regarding the employee’s management and determining and developing policies for the employees working within the organizations. Human resource management within organizations is divided into different departments and units that are responsible for carrying out certain HRM services such as;

The human resource management is not only responsible for these functions but also responsible for maintain and creating a disciplined working environment for the employees within an organization. An HR (Human Resource) manager is basically appointed to deal with employees and employee related tasks, who then further appoints subordinates for different HRM related tasks and report back to the HR manager.
Recruitment
The Human Resource Management is responsible for the most important task which is recruiting employees for an organization and creating a compatible and effective workforce. This is done through conducting interviews of possible employees which were selected based on their job application or CV.
Training and Development
The selected candidates for the job are then trained and taught how to work within that particular organization .the employees are told about the working conditions and shown around the firm introducing them to their fellow acquaintances. Not only the new employees but also the existing employees are constantly trained and urged to attend various workshops so they can improve and be more efficient.
Managing Pay roles and Benefits
The Human Resource Management is also responsible for managing pay roles and benefits of the employees. Depending on the organizational structure, HRM determines the pay role, benefits and rewards for the employees. Those employees who work efficiently and consistently complete their targets and tasks provided to them get rewards and benefits.
Motivating Employees
The human Resource Management is responsible for motivating the employees not just with benefits and rewards but also by encouraging and supporting them. A well motivated employee will work even more efficiently and harder. The Human Resource Management is there to listen and look into any problems being faced by the employees and solve the issue. Their job is to make sure the employees have a safe and healthy working environment
