Assessing Your Business Our assessment process is very thorough, but it requires some effort on your part. In order to provide you with the best solution we must first have a complete picture of what services you currently provide employees and how much they are costing your business. By supplying us with these documents we get detailed insights that will aid in our search for your perfect PEO.
Interview Process
We conduct a detailed interview with you to gather as much information as possible. This will help us paint a better picture of your business and help ensure you get the best possible fit.
Complete Analysis
We’ll begin a dialogue with our pool of PEOs. We’ll generate documents with descriptions of the various packages, services and requirements. Then, we’ll schedule another meeting with you and show you our work, explaining everything in detail.
Introductory Meeting
We have a pool of about fifteen PEOs that we trust and respect. We don’t claim to have hundreds or even dozens. We have a smaller, more intimate number. This guarantees we can ensure their quality.
